There’s something splashy happening at Meg Pokrass Writing Workshops! Starting now: for a monthly subscription fee, I’ll be creating writing exercises modelled on exceptional, worthy-of-study microfiction stories each week—scouring lit magazines for gems to get us all inspired and writing. There are so many brilliant stories being published these days and not enough of them are being recognized and taught.
From each hand-selected weekly story, I will create a writing exercise and include prompt words (for those who like them). Writers will be encouraged to post their resulting stories for other paid members to read, though it’s up to each writer, according to their comfort level.
ADDITIONALLY: Paid subscribers will receive $10 off all of my 2024 workshop offerings. Founding Members ($140) will be offered 2 free zoom consultation sessions in per year to discuss your upcoming projects.
The cost for monthly membership is $7 USD, $70 for a yearly subscription, $140 for a Founding Membership.
