Hello to my writing friends and students. I hope you are all doing well, and that your writing lives are thriving!
I wanted to let you know that I’m offering a microfiction workshop in January. It’s called Surreal and Dreamy Flash Fiction Workshop. As of this morning there are a few spaces left. If you want to enroll, click in the link. When it’s full, I’ll make that evident on the website immediately.
Recently I was thrilled to hear that my story Fluff was nominated by Wigleaf for The Best Small Fictions! I’ve had 6 stories published in November 2020! What We Have to Offer in Waxwing and Goldfish Skin in Moria Online, The Interruption in Vox Populi and Blueberry Blue in As It Ought to Be. And two recent stories co-written with the amazing Aimee Parkison: Disturbing Animal Facts in Trampset and Disappearing Ink in Big Other.
Will be reading from my novella-in-flash “The Loss Detector” (Bamboo Dart Press, 2020) with poets Jeff Friedman and Denise Duhamel at the Youngstown Literary Festival on December 13th!
November has been a productive month and I’m fighting the cold weather blues!
Warm regards,
Meg
