End of Summer Workshop with a Flexible 4-Day Schedule

In this asynchronous workshop held in a private Facebook group, participants will be writing stories on the theme of messy (ie dangerous, unwise, irrational, invisible, surreally beautiful but impossible, forbidden, unrequited, etc) love.

This workshop will be held in a private Facebook group. Cost is £120 for free subscribers to this newsletter, and £110 for paid subscribers. However, if you’d like to take this class and can’t afford to, please email me and let me know as soon as possible. I’ve set aside a few spots for just £70. I’d love for all of you who want to participate to be able to do so.

I’m thrilled to be able to offer this slightly longer than usual 4-day, end-of-summer flexible microfiction workshop because many of you are travelling. If you can only make it for 3 of the 4 days (or even 1 or 2 days), no worries. There is the option to send me all 4 stories for private feedback at any time if the days don’t match up perfectly with the group schedule, and there is no extra fee for this.

I’ll be bringing in sample stories from the Best Microfiction anthology series and prompt-exercises designed to help bring out creativity.

Participants will be writing 4 stories. The word count is 250 max. My prompts are designed to help all writers break through creative barriers. There will be feedback from me directly on every story.
